Real living room: all offers in only one place

Ransom of success - and consequence of the many transactions carried out last year - the number of exhibitors doubled and reached the 60 stands for this edition 2008, always in free access with the public.

In addition to the estate agencies, the local and national promoters are also present, but also the professionals of the banking environment, the organizations of financing, the notaries, the manufacturers of houses… A whole of services in the same place thus, to get information and even on the spot acquire an apartment or a villa.

A great diversity of the offered products

The diversity of the line of goods presented, of the great standing to the social housing, should be able to satisfy a maximum of potential purchasers.

This beginning of year 2008 confirms the noted tendency at the end of 2007, namely a numbness of the real estate market in the Alpes-Maritimes where the professionals misent much on this type of living room to meet the private individuals and to stimulate the businesses. “The problem, explains one on the stand of the FNAIM, it is why people are on standby of a fall of the prices which will not arrive in this department…”
